Food Pantry Hours:
Sunday: 1 PM – 3 PM
Monday-Thursday: 10 AM – 1 PM

In-person appointment slots are available to book one hour before the pantry opens.

When you arrive, you will scan a QR code to book your same day appointment slot. Appointments CANNOT be booked offsite.

NSI Food Pantry serves the following zip codes: 43201, 43202, 43210, 43211, 43212, 43219, 43220, 43221, 43222, 43223, 43224, and 43229 twice per month.

All other Franklin County zip codes may shop once per year.

Our social services are by appointment only. 

Please note: NSI does not offer in-pantry financial assistance. Resource navigation appointments are available to explore outside referrals, but rent and deposit assistance is very limited, and we cannot guarantee any available programs or funding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please bring your photo id, passport, green card or some other form of photo identification. If you are walking or taking the bus, we recommend bringing a grocery cart or your own reusable bags, to carry home your food.

Absolutely! Please bring their photo ID or a completed proxy form. A proxy form is a signed letter from your friend or family member, stating you are allowed to pick up food on their behalf. Social workers, educators or other professionals with appropriate work identification may pick up food for clients during our regular hours.

We will certainly try! Please let us know at the time of service of any allergies or dietary restrictions you may have. No pork? No problem! No peanuts? No big deal!
