Dominique has a heart for service and giving back to her community. She is a member and President of the Central Ohio Club of the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Clubs, Inc. The association seeks to promote the interest of Black Women professionals and entrepreneurs while acting as mentors to young Black women seeking to enter business or the professions.

NSI is the embodiment of Jesus' blessing on his disciples with the abundance of fish and the breaking of bread. We are united with one another when we share in the abundance of what God has offered to us in this world and NSI is a place where it is shared with our neighbors.

Shaunta Stanford is the Senior Director of the Community Engaged Academic Programs and Assistant Professor of Clinical Practice at the Ohio State University College of Nursing. She has 23 years of nursing experience, including 14 years as a Trauma Nurse Practitioner, she currently practices at a Level I Trauma Center. Shaunta works closely with community organizations to foster partnerships and develop collaborations that address health conditions that disproportionately impact historically disadvantaged communities, to reduce health disparities and improve healthcare and quality of life.
